मानव जीवन कहते हैं, पूर्व जन्मों के कर्मों का नतीजा होता है। इसे systems approach में कैसे देखा जा सकता है? क्या इसके प्रभाव को ज्योतिषीय उपाय से ठीक किया जा सकता है? यदि हाँ – तो कैसे? यदि नहीं, तो किस प्रकार के दोष दूर किये जा सकते हैं – बिलकुल सही बात, रामनाथ जी। पिछले कर्मों का नतीजा, यानी कि हमारे कर्म फल हम इस जनम में भुगतते हैं। यही हमें हमारी Hindu mythology सिखाती है, जो कि सही भी है। जो भी आज हमारे actions होते हैं, उन का reaction हमें immediately भी मिलता है, कुछ actions का reaction हमें कुछ समय के बाद मिलता है। तो पूर्व जन्मों के हमारे कर्मों का नतीजा जो हम भुगतते हैं, इसी basis पर हमारा पूरा Astrological System defined है।
हमारा horoscope basically यह depict करता है, कि हमारे पिछले कर्म कैसे थे। जो हम systems approach में अभी सीखते हैं, इस course में हम सीख रहे हैं, कि यह ग्रह की strength है, किसी ग्रह की weakness है, जो यह दर्शाती है कि हमारा कौन सा area of life favorable है, progress करेगा, कौन से एरिया में हम थोड़ा सा lack करेंगे, या हमें challenges आएंगे।
In other words, chart में कहाँ पर affliction है, कहाँ पर strength है – हम सबसे पहले यह identify करते हैं। तो जहाँ affliction है, for example हम कहते हैं कि राहु केतु ने afflict किया हुआ है। That means कि हमारी कुंडली में पितृदोष है। कहीं न कहीं, किसी न किसी जनम में हमारे से हमारे पितरों का कुछ बुरा हुआ है। अब हमें उस का हर्जाना भुगतना पड़ेगा, in terms of any area of life, जो हम analyze करते हैं।
Similarly, अगर बृहस्पति (Jupiter) कहीं पर unfavorable है, that means कि कहीं न कहीं किसी जनम में हमारे से गुरु दोष हुआ है जिस का हर्जाना हमें अब भुगतना पड़ेगा। So that is why we recommend कि आप गुरु की पूजा कीजिये। बृहस्पतिवार के, गुरु के सारे उपाय हम recommend करते हैं। कहीं पर अगर Sun की affliction है, यानी सूर्य की affliction है, that means कि father से related कोई न कोई problem किसी जनम में रही है। तो जितनी ज्यादा हम father की सेवा कर पाएंगे, उतने हमारे सूर्य के उपाय अच्छे हो पाएंगे।
हमारा चार्ट straight away हमारा कर्मफल हमें दर्शाता है, जिसका अगर हम proper analysis कर पाएं। और systems approach एक बहुत अच्छा system है, जो straight away हमें दर्शाता है, कि कहाँ affliction है, क्या strength है। यह सारे rules अभी आप सीख रहे हैं। और यह बहुत ही सटीक system है। मैं पिछले बीस सालों से इस system को follow कर रहा हूँ और भगवान की दया से, गुरु जी के आशीर्वाद से हज़ारों clients हैं। अभी तक बहुत ही अच्छे results मुझे मिले हैं। तो यह system अपने आप में बहुत अच्छा system है।
तो रामनाथ जी, यह जो आप का सवाल था कि पूर्व जन्मों के कर्मों का फल जो अभी हम भुगत रहे हैं, उसको कैसे ठीक कर सकते हैं, बहुत ही अच्छा सवाल था। Point यह है कि खाली आप ने किसी को remedies recommend करीं, या आप ने remedies करीं, तो straight away हमें उस के अच्छे फल मिलेंगे। इसके साथ ही साथ हमें अपना conduct भी ठीक रखना बहुत ज़रूरी है। हमारे सोच विचार भी ठीक रखने बहुत ज़रूरी हैं। एक तरफ तो हम उपाय करें, और दूसरी तरफ हमारा conduct ठीक न हों, तब भी कोई result नहीं आएगा।
पिछले जन्मों को ठीक करने के लिए तो अब उपाय कर रहे हैं, और अभी भी अगर हम अपने कर्म ख़राब ही रखेंगे, तो कहाँ से हम अच्छा result expect करेंगे? तो काफी हद तक इस question को हम ने cover किया है। Still if you have any more queries, please get back to me. जन्मांग ग्रहों के प्रभाव ही transit और दशा के समय मिलते हैं, या कुछ नया भी हो जाता है – देखिये रामनाथ जी, यहाँ पर एक चीज़ applicable होती है कि जन्मांग ग्रह यानि कि जन्म कुंडली के जो ग्रह हैं, वह हमें हमारे कर्मफल दिखा रहे हैं। हम Chart को decode कर के समझने की कोशिश करते हैं कि हमारा कौन सा area of the life challenging situation में है। साथ ही, हम किस तरह किसी situation पर react कर रहे हैं। यानी कि हमारी free will (एक master key जो हम ले कर आये थे) उस को हम कैसे apply कर रहे हैं। कोई और divine intervention साथ में काम कर रही है कि नहीं? That means कि हम ने कोई उपाय करने start किये और और उस की intervention साथ में आयी।
तो naturally कहीं न कहीं तो फर्क पड़ता है। कुछ नया भी हो जाता है? बिलकुल हो जाता है, depending on your sincerity towards the remedial measures that you follow. किस श्रद्धा से आप अपनी remedies करते हैं और कितनी regularity से उन को करते हैं। कितनी divine intervention और हमारी उन चीज़ों में आती है। Chart तो जन्म के समय का है। उस के बाद कितनी interventions हमने उस में ली हैं, कितनी बार हम ने remedies की हैं, वो naturally उस impact को change करती है।
वृष राशि में राहु उच्च के होते हैं। यदि यह लग्न में हो, तो जातक पर इसका क्या प्रभाव होगा जब कि उच्च के केतु सातवें में होगा – बिल्कुल ठीक बात है, लेकिन उस से पहले यह देखना होगा कि जो राहु केतु लग्न में और सातवें में बैठे हैं, उन का MEP से difference कितना है। Rahu and Ketu are generally considered as malefic planets in systems approach. वो हमेशा बुराई करते हैं क्योंकि North Pole और South Pole में जो negative energies हैं, उन्हीं hidden points को यह नाम दिया गया है North Node and South Node को। जितनी भी negativity है, वो अपने अंदर ले कर बैठे हैं। अब वह अच्छा फल तभी दे पाएंगे जब वह chart में कहीं भी affliction न दे रहे हों। जब हम कहते हैं कि वह affliction न दे रहे हों, that means कि न तो वह किसी house को afflict करें। That means कि वह MEP से दूर हों। और न वो किसी planet को (हम यहाँ Natal Chart की बात कर रहे हैं) भी afflict न कर रहे हों।
अगर किसी horoscope में ऐसा है कि राहु केतु MEP से दूर हैं, और Natal Chart के किसी भी Planet को afflict नहीं कर रहे, तब वह अच्छा फल दे सकते हैं। अब आप ने बोला की लग्न में राहु है। अगर वो लग्न में है, तो person को बहुत ज्यादा बनाएगा। अगर वो MEP के नजदीक हो गया तो फिर वो आदमी society के norms को भी भूल जाएगा। कुछ भी गलत कर के अपना फायदा करने का सोचेगा। उस की mentality manipulative होगी। MEP से दूर है, तो यह traits थोड़े कम होंगे, but ambitious वो ज़रूर होगा। और क्योंकि केतु सातवें में है, MEP से अगर नजदीक हो गया है तो naturally marital life पर उस का impact होगा। सातवें में बैठ कर वो ग्यारहवें को देखेगा तो income पर उस का impact होगा। तीसरे को देखेगा तो initiatives और ventures और communication पर उस का impact होगा। MEP से दूर हुआ, तो वो impact होंगे, पर कम होंगे। केतु generally negative impact देता है।

और सच्चाई तो जैसे जैसे events unfold होते हैं, वैसे वैसे हमारे सामने आती है। पर इस को देखने का सब से सटीक तरीका यह है कि हम जिस जगह पर रह रहे हैं यानि कि हम सब लोग जिस country में रह रहे हैं, उस country का एक chart है, जिस को analyze कर के कुछ events को हम कुछ level तक , कुछ हद तक identify कर सकते हैं। इस के लिए India independence chart को review करने की कोशिश करते हैं। उस से पहले जरा comments को देख लें, कि क्या कोई questions आये हैं।

This is what we have for India independence chart. 15th August, 1947 12 A.M. Delhi, the time when India got independence. तो यह वृष लग्न की कुंडली है, India की।
और इस कुंडली के हिसाब से अभी चंद्रमा में शनि की दशा चल रही है। अब इस में देखने की सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि हम जो महामारी की बात कर रहे हैं, इतनी hospitalizations जो हो रही हैं, इतने group में, इतने बड़े level पर जो लोग hospitals में जा रहे हैं, 12th house की हम primarily बात कर रहे हैं। And 12th lord is Mars, which is मंगल placed exactly at the MEP of the 2nd house. तो लोगों की hospitalization होने की वजह से जो second house (is the house of status) already country का status भी दांव पर लगा हुआ है। Transit में अभी Jupiter भी 5 degree के आस पास चल रहा है और थोड़े दिनों में यह stationary भी हो जाएगा।
एक point तो यह कि आने वाला समय भी कोई बहुत अच्छा नहीं है। क्योंकि अगर हम Ephemeris में जा कर degrees check करें, 27 मई के आस पास 7° का बृहस्पति होने वाला है। और तब से ले कर वो करीब mid June तक stationary position रखेगा। हम May end की बात करें जब बृहस्पति 7 degree का होगा, तो 7° का बृहस्पति जब अपना पांचवा (5th) aspect 2nd house पर देगा तो Natal के मंगल को exactly afflict कर रहा होगा। तो यह May end से ले कर Mid June का भी time कोई बहुत अच्छा नहीं है। अगर उस के बाद भी हम देखें तो जो Rahu to Saturn की affliction transit में चल रही है, यह अभी 3° away है। पीछे जब यह 1° के आस पास थे तो naturally हमारे cases बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ गए थे। यही situation July में दोबारा पैदा होने वाली है।
जुलाई का भी transit एक बार study कर लें। राहु 15° के आस पास होगा, और शनि वापिस retrograde motion में 16°, (1° difference) पर आ जाएगा। Transit में जब शनि के ऊपर राहु का इतना major impact है और इस समय India independence chart में शनि की अंतर्दशा चल रही है। जब 1degree orbit में पहले उसने इतना नुकसान किया तो हम 3rd wave की बात सुन रहे हैं, most probably वह जुलाई के महीने में पड़ने वाली है। जहाँ पर यह इससे भी तेजी से impact करेगा, क्योंकि उस समय मंगल भी Jupiter से afflict हो रखा होगा और double affliction होगी। अब सवाल यह आता है कि जब हम यह चीजें देख पा रहे हैं, तो इन का solution क्या है? Solution mundane level पर बहुत मुश्किल है, क्योंकि सबसे पहले तो individuals को ही समझाना बहुत मुश्किल है, that Astrology and this system actually works.

Professional astrologers को कहाँ challenges आते हैं? क्योकि मैं already 20 साल से इस field में काम कर रहा हूँ, तो मुझे मालूम है कि कहाँ क्या challenge आता है। यह एक challenge होता है कि किसी ने आपसे कोई query पूछी, आपने उस का answer किया। अब वो आपका advice follow करते हैं कि नहीं करते हैं, it is totally on them. तो individual level पर जब इतना बड़ा challenge है कि कोई advice ले कर के follow ही नहीं करता, mundane level पर किस किस को recommend करेंगे और कौन follow करेगा। So that is why, I generally avoid Mundane astrology.
But having said that, we know that this is the kind of situation we have in front of us. हमारे सामने ये situation आने वाली है। At least, हम तो अपना safeguard कर सकते हैं। अपने chart के according हम अपनी remedies continuously perform कर सकते हैं। अब India chart हमें यह depict कर रहा है तो कौन उस की remedies करेगा? सरकार तो इन चीजों में विश्वास करेगी नहीं। कौन अपनी बात वहां तक पहुंचाए? इतना effort कौन डाले? यह एक सबसे बड़ा challenge हमारे सामने आता है, especially जब हम mundane astrology की बात करते हैं। बैठा जी के सवाल की अगर बात करें कि कोरोना वैश्विक महामारी है। तो ठीक है, situation हमारे सामने है। हमें अपना safeguard रखना बहुत ज़रूरी है। Situation तो challenging चल रही है। आगे और भी challenging आनी है 2-3 महीने। From this horoscope, यह clearly identified है।
जो लोग कोरोना से ग्रसित हो जा रहे हैं, कहते हैं कि उन के लग्नेश पाप प्रभाव में होते हैं या कमजोर होते हैं। 6th Lord या 6th House का भी अहम role होना चाहिए – बिलकुल सही बात है। That means कि उन का ascendant भी कोई न कोई issue होता है। अगर हम health concerns की बात करेंगे, जब तक किसी के chart में ascendant lord afflict नहीं होगा, Natal chart में अगर है तो Natal affliction है। जब भी इस तरह की position आएगी, वो इंसान problem में फंसेगा। Primarily health के लिए हम ascendant और 6th House को ही consider करेंगे। 8th lord भी देखेंगे, अगर chronic disease की बात हो रही है या 8th lord 1st और 6th पर भी affliction दे रहा है।
इस समय काफी लोग इस समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं। और पीछे राहु केतु ने sign change किया, Jupiter ने sign change किया। Retrograde motion में वापस आये। शनि impact हुआ। तो जिन जिन के लिए Natal chart में यह planetary position impact कर रही होगी, वो इस समस्या को बहुत जल्दी face करेंगे।
अब यहाँ पर थोड़ा सा vague question इसलिए हो गया क्योंकि उन specific लोगों के DATA तो हमारे पास available नहीं हैं। हाँ ऐसे लोग जो इस problem से निकले हैं या निकल रहे हैं, या God forbid किसी की death हो गयी हो और वह data हमारे पास available है। तो यह बहुत बड़ा research का विषय है कि वो data compile किया जाए। फिर analyze कर के उस में से ढूंढ कर देखा जाए कि common points किधर हैं। यह अपने आप में एक अच्छी और बड़ी research activity है।
तो अगर आप या कोई भी students इस तरीके के लोगों के संपर्क में हैं, जहां लोगों की कोरोना से कोई problem चल रही है। कुछ cases मेरे पास भी आये हैं। अभी recently भी एक case study आयी थी। तो हम उस data को compile कर के, उन charts को analyze कर के, एक session में इसी specific point को discuss कर सकते हैं।
How to identify Retrograde motion of a planet – दीपक जी, जब हम horoscope cast करते हैं, generally आजकल सब software से ही बनाते है। जब भी आप chart बनाएंगे, अगर Jyotish Tools use करते हैं तो कुंडली में यहाँ पर भी लिखा होता है Otherwise, एक table (Rashi Chart) हमें ज़रूर मिलता है। वहां planet के सामने R लिखा होता है। That means कि वह retrograde motion में है। उस कुंडली में तो यह पता चल गया। दूसरा तरीका है कि जो एक Ephemeris हमारे को मिलता है, जिस को कई बार हम पत्रा भी बोल देते हैं, यहाँ पर planet की motion लिखी होती है।
For example यहाँ अगर हम Mercury को देखें, देखकर साफ पता चल रहा है कि 31 मई को Mercury retrograde motion में जाएगा। जब तक वो “R” लिखा है, that means कि वह उल्टी दिशा में चल रहा है। तो 31 मई से ले कर 23 जून तक Mercury will be retrograde. उसके बाद फिर वो direct हो जाएगा। तो यह tools हमें help करते हैं identify करने में कि planets की motion क्या है। राहु केतु के लिए उल्टा है। राहु केतु generally retrograde चलते हैं। जब वो direct होते हैं तो “D” mark कर देते हैं। So this is how you can identify.
What is the zodiac sign of a person? The ascendant sign or sign of the house of the Moon – I think यहाँ पर दीपक जी, आप राशि की बात कर रहे हैं, कि आदमी की / person की rashi कैसे identify होती है। यहाँ पर हम 3 चीजों की बात कर रहे हैं – लग्न, राशि (यानी कि हिन्दू system के हिसाब से राशि) और एक Sun Sign. Generally लोग confuse होते हैं कि अखबार में हम अपनी reading पढ़ रहे थे, किस को consider करें। अब Sun sign जो date specific है कि X date से Y date के बीच में किसी का जन्म हुआ हो तो उस की राशि यह है।
That basically is the Sun sign, which we don’t consider in the Hindu system. That is the western astrology system. In Hindu system, we consider only 2 things. 1st is the “Lagan” and 2nd is the “Rashi”. Rashi is that sign where Moon is placed at the time of birth. It is as simple as that.
जन्म के समय चंद्रमा जिस राशि में है, वही उस व्यक्ति की राशि मानी जाएगी। इस कुंडली की अगर हम बात करें, आज 9 मई, 11:23 पर अगर किसी बच्चे का जन्म होगा, तो उसकी राशि मीन (Pieces) राशि मानी जाएगी, क्योंकि चंद्रमा इस राशि में स्थित है। उस राशि के कौन से चरण में वो है, उस के हिसाब से उस के जनम का अक्षर निकलेगा। लेकिन लग्न वही होगा जो कुंडली में rising degree ascendant के रूप में आया। तो यह कर्क (Cancer) लग्न की कुंडली है जिसमे आदमी की राशि जो है वह मीन है। अब अगर चंद्रमा लग्न में है तो उसका लग्न और राशि दोनों same हो जाएंगे। चंद्र कुंडली का Systems Approach में कोई specific role नहीं है, जिस को हम consider नहीं करते। But राशि का अगर आप सवाल करें तो जिस sign में चन्द्रमा की placement है, उसको हम इंसान की राशि मानेंगे।

Can Astrology tell the exact date of future events like marriage or death – when we say exact, that means you are trying to pinpoint a specific event to a date and the next question that would come is at what specific time of the day? 2nd point – how accurate is time of birth of the native. Time में थोड़ा भी difference अगर हुआ, तो हमारी degrees, degrees की वजह से दशा, और specifically अगर हम pinpoint करने की बात करें, तो दशा के अंदर अन्तर्दशा, प्रत्यंतर दशा, प्राण दशा, सुखम दशा अगर 5 levels तक हम दशा को तोड़ें, तो उस में हमारे पास बहुत जयादा variation आता है। जरा सा time change होगा, तो हमारी सुखम दशा पूरी हिल जायेगी। अब pinpoint करने के लिए, date specific event को निकालने के लिए उस accuracy तक जाने की हमें ज़रुरत है। न वह time exactly available होगा, न वह system आप के पास आज की date में है। तो उस level तक accuracy में – one thing everyone has to understand, that astrologers do not have televisions. यह प्रोफेसर चौधरी की बहुत सटीक बात है। मैं हमेंशा याद रखता हूँ और बताता हूँ कि हमारे सामने कोई TV तो नहीं है, कि हम देख कर exact step by step एक इंसान को बता सकें।

Remedies to strengthen need to be performed only for benefic planets. No strengthening to be performed for malefic planets in any case – Yes correct. That’s what we discussed in starting of the session today.
Malefic planets can only be appeased by performing propitiatory measures to decrease their effect – Very Good. That’s what has to be done. Astro remedies are two way astral remedies. One is to strengthen the weak (favourable) planets, and propitiate the malefics to bring down their negative impact. So two way astral remedies are recommended while we teach all but free Astrology course online. This is correct, Nilesh.
What will be the effect if propitiatory measures are also performed for benefic planets in addition to remedies? Will it affect the native positively – They can be done. It is totally optional. It is totally up to the person. But actually, there is no need. If you do charity, no one said that charity will give any bad effect? Charities से कभी नुकसान हुआ है? पहला challenge यही होता है नीलेश, कि हम जो remedies recommend करते हैं, वही इंसान कर के राजी नहीं है। Malefics की तो करे, at least. Benefics की अगर साथ में add करना चाहते है, कर सकते हैं, कर सकते हैं, तो ज़रूर करें। कोई नुकसान नहीं है।
Since performance of astrological remedies require a strong Jupiter or strong 9th house lord placement, can we suggest default remedies to strengthen Jupiter (unless Jupiter has a malefic influence and considering compatibility of Gemstone) in addition to other remedies as required by the horoscope to improve the performance of remedies – Again, number of remedies बढ़ाने से कुछ फायदा नहीं होगा, but हां! Jupiter की strength के ऊपर हम ने काफी बार यह देखा है कि अगर Jupiter ही strength में नहीं है, तो इंसान advice follow ही नहीं करता। उस का religious bent of mind होता नहीं है। इन चीजों में यकीन नहीं करता। अपने को लोगों से ऊपर समझता है, तो वह कहाँ मानेगा आपकी बात?

Confirmation required if following steps and understanding mentioned is correct order to determine strong affliction
- Identify MEP – YES
- Identify planets in 5° of MEP – YES
- Identify planets falling under aspects of these planets within 5° of MEP identified in step b) (same house/ any other in the horoscope) – 5° range में जब देखेंगे तो यह देखना होगा कि जिस planet पर impact है, उसका orb of influence कितना है? वो otherwise कितना strength में है। अगर Rahu का impact सूर्य पर जा रहा है और सूर्य otherwise strong है, तो orb of influence 1° है। राहु के साथ साथ शनि का भी impact आ गया, जो कि शनि unfavourable था, तो orb of affliction 2° है। अगर वो non- mooltrikona sign में है, या planet otherwise weak है, तो 5° है। तो वह तीनों principles भी आप को साथ में consider करने पड़ेंगे।
- For weak benefics falling under the aspect of malefics within 5° of MEP, house of weak benefics will be strongly afflicted throughout ±5°. If the lord / significator of the afflicted is strong, then affliction will not be that strong – MEP का concept अलग है, नीलेश, aspect of 5° अलग है। House of weak benefics will be strongly afflicted throughout ±5° – this is more or less, correct. If the house is afflicted, then its lord cannot be strong. उस पर affliction तो आ रही है, तो एक weakness तो वहीं पर है। Otherwise strong की बात करें। If we say, the lord or the significator of the afflicted house is otherwise strong, but having the affliction, then affliction will not be that strong – YES! - If lord/ significator of the afflicted house is also weak, affliction will be strong – YES! वह otherwise भी weak है। अगर मान लीजिए, सूर्य की बात कर रहे हैं, सूर्य एक उच्च राशि में, यानि कि Aries में placed है, नवामांश में भी strong है, degree wise strong है, कोई और affliction नहीं है, लेकिन Leo पर उस के मूलत्रिकोण sign पर कोई affliction है। तो वह mild affliction पर हैं। Otherwise, strong Sun. लेकिन जहां पर सूर्य बैठा है, या तो वहाँ पर affliction हो, सूर्य पर directly कोई affliction हो, या सूर्य debilitated sign में हो, या सूर्य नवामांश में भी debilitated हो। So Sun will be otherwise weak also. उस case में अगर Leo sign पर affliction है, then that will be considered as strong affliction.
- For empty houses falling under aspects of malefics within 5° of MEP, strength of Lord/ Significator of that house needs to be determined to estimate the level of affliction – YES. उस case में नीलेश, अगर वो non-mooltrikona house है, MT house के case में घर में कोई planet नहीं बैठा। पर साथ ही यह देखना होगा कि वहां पर MT sign, यानी कि मूलत्रिकोण sign है, या नहीं है। अगर MT sign है, तो dispositor को भी देखना पड़ेगा। और अगर non मूलत्रिकोण sign है, तो straight away 5° का rule applicable होगा।
Criteria for combustion by Sun – Any planet that is coming near to Sun gets combust, and by what degree of level, that is covered in the course. So just follow that table. उस case में aspect काम नहीं आता। सिर्फ और सिर्फ हम conjunction की बात करते हैं। Conjunction, not necessarily कि उस house में हो रही हो। अगर planet एक घर पीछे भी है, लेकिन उस का longitudinal difference from Sun is coming within that range that is specified in the table, then that planet is considered as combust. और combustion की weakness कोई बहुत बड़ी weakness नहीं है।
Natal chart में अगर combust है, कोई बात नहीं। उस की weakness combustion की problem तभी करेगी, जब transit से उस planet पर कोई affliction आएगी। Otherwise, वो planet की significations in general, bother नहीं करेंगी। उस combust planet की दशा भी लग जाए, अगर वो planet otherwise strong है, तो अपनी significations को flourish करेगा। सिर्फ और सिर्फ जब वो planet transit affliction में (Natal to transit या transit to natal) जब problem में आएगा, जब तक वो transit problem है, तब वो specifically उसकी significations उतने time duration के लिए, परेशान करेंगी।
Do we need to strengthen planets in Sun-like houses (2, 3, 9), if they are weak in degree/ afflicted by a strong malefic or their placement in these houses itself strengthens these planets – Planet placed in the Sun-like house gains additional strength. But otherwise also, if they are weak, we may have to strengthen them. इस के पीछे जो calculation है, कि manually कैसे calculate करते हैं, या planetary strength कैसे calculate की जाती है, that is covered in the advanced course. Even if the planet is placed in the ninth house, which is a Sun-like house, first of all, we have to see कि degree wise उस planet की strength कैसी है। Infancy या old age में तो नहीं है? Secondly, वहाँ पर मूलत्रिकोण sign placed है कि नहीं? नवामांश में और Natal chart में Planet को debilitation है कि नहीं? Combustion है कि नहीं? कोई affliction आ रही है कि नहीं? सिर्फ Sun-like houses में बैठने से उसको strength मिल रही है, वो एक factor है। But बाकी levels पर उस की weakness कितनी है? उस को measure करना बहुत important है और अगर वह बाकी levels पर weak है, तो definitely हमें उस को strengthen करने की जरूरत है। साथ ही यह देखना भी ज़रूरी है कि हम किस planet के लिए strengthening measures recommend कर रहे हैं।
अगर हम ऐसे planet के लिए strengthening measures recommend कर रहे हैं, जिसकी दशा ही अभी operation में नहीं है, या आनी नहीं है, या इंसान की जो query है, उस का उस से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है, तो क्यों एक specific Gemstone पर उस का खर्चा करवाएंगे? कौन सा Gemstone उस समय required है? किस चीज़ के लिए आप के पास analysis के लिए query आयी है? क्या उसको इस समय matter of the life concern कर रहा है, परेशान कर रहा है? या तो वह planet होगा, या दशा lord होगा।

What does it mean to be in “own house” – Own house means, either in Capricorn, or Aquarius, the signs ruled by Saturn. When we say any planet is placed in its own house, that means, that sign is also ruled by that planet. Venus and Taurus or Libra, Jupiter in Sagittarius or Pisces is considered to be in the own house. We have to look at it that way.
What would have happened if Ketu and Saturn were both in Libra at the same degrees – If Ketu and Saturn at same degree, that means Ketu is afflicting Saturn. And if Saturn is also malefic, then Saturn is also afflicting Ketu. We have to see, which ascendant we are talking about. In Libra, Saturn is exalted. So exaltation से तो Saturn को strength मिल गयी, लेकिन केतु ने तो afflict कर दिया। वह problem करेगा। Saturn की significations के लिए – Saturn की general significations, or prime significations, wherever the Aquarius Sign is falling in place.

How should we decide the 2nd significator of any aspect of life like marriage, children, fortune, profession, etc. – We are actually talking about house groupings.
