Return, Refund & Cancellation

For all the courses (free and paid), free preview is available for students to thoroughly review the course content before enrolment. Once they enroll into the course, they are given access to all the lecture videos and eBooks (if any) and other downloadable course material. At any stage, no refund can be processed. For any course related queries, we are always available to support the students.

For all the consultation services we offer – including match making services, life analysis report, business analysis report, career analysis report, and any other service listed on the services page and elsewhere on our portals (www.astrosatva.com and www.astrosatvacourses.com), no refund can be processed at any stage. Services once booked and courses once enrolled can not be cancelled and no refund can be issued. 

All the report preparation and consultations are done based on the birth details given by clients and AstroSatva can not guarantee accuracy of readings. Most of the time it has been observed that the client also does not know the exact birth details which results into mismatch in the readings given with actual life events. In that scenario also, no refund requests are entertained.
