By submitting this form, You, the affiliate marketer (called marketer hereafter) have  understood the affiliate marketing program of AstroSatva and agree to promote courses and services of AstroSatva as affiliate marketer at your own pace, schedule, and cost (if any). You will abide by all the terms & conditions mentioned below.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The marketer clearly understands the process of payout calculations, discounts, and rewards.

2. The marketer understands that the payouts will be done on 10^th day of each month for the promotions done in previous month (from 1^st till 30^th i.e. end of month).

3. Commission for all the payments by customers to AstroSatva for orders placed/ completed from 1^st till 30^th (i.e. end of month) get calculated based on the marketer’s referral code entered in orders on AstroSatva Portal, and the payout is determined.

4. The payout calculations are conducted monthly, with the slabs resetting at the end of each calendar month. The agreed slab percentage for the marketer is 15% for revenue up to Rs. 1,00,000 only and 20% for any revenue exceeding Rs. 1,00,000 only. These percentage or slab figures may change anytime which will be communicated to marketer via email prior to the change is implemented.

5. Commission is paid only on revenue generated for courses & services. Gemstones, Rudrakshas, and any other product categories are not covered in this program.

6. All the payments are done via online bank transfer (NEFT/ IMPS) directly to marketer’s bank account by AstroSatva (No payment is done through UPI, Cash, or by any other mode).

7. Payout amount is subject to applicable TDS deductions as per Indian Income Tax Laws.

8. The marketer has shared the KYC documents and a cancelled cheque with AstroSatva and is ready to receive the payouts directly in his/ her bank account via online banking channel from AstroSatva.

9. Bonus rewards will be paid to marketer as and when the eligibility criteria are met. AstroSatva reserves the right to ascertain eligibility of the marketer for bonus rewards and the decision of AstroSatva will be final.

10. All customer orders should be placed with customer’s ID on AstroSatva Portal. Marketers shall not place any customer order under marketer’s ID on AstroSatva Portal.

11. AstroSatva may offer discounts to customers through marketer using coupon codes given to marketer, which the marketer shall pass on to the customer. This discount offer may help the marketer in high conversion rates and may increase marketer’s earning potential.

12. Marketer is supposed to remain transparent with customers while explaining about AstroSatva courses and services.

13. Marketer is not supposed to take payments from customers in the form of cash or by any other payment methods. Customers shall directly pay to AstroSatva on AstroSatva Portal.

14. In case of any violation of any of the terms & conditions, misconduct or fraud/ ‘attempt of fraud’ by marketer with AstroSatva or with any potential customer, AstroSatva may take legal action, and all the benefits of marketer will cease to exist, marketer’s relationship with AstroSatva will be terminated, and any remaining payout of marketer will be forfeited.

15. In case of no business activity by marketer for 60 calendar days in a row, the relationship of marketer with AstroSatva will be terminated, and any balance of bonus reward for which the marketer may be eligible for will be forfeited. If the marketer voluntarily wishes to terminate the relationship with AstroSatva, he/ she may do so via email or in writing. Once the relationship of marketer ends with AstroSatva, he/ she does not remain eligible to receive any amount of
commission, discounts, or bonus rewards from AstroSatva.
