User Agreement

You (the user) can access www.astrosatvacourses.com (“the site”), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed / updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of astrosatvacourses.com, as set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term and you understand and agree that are bound by such terms till the time you access this site. This site is made available to teach online astrology classes by Astrosatva Counseling Services and it’s parent website remains www.astrosatva.com. The terms “Astrosatva” and “AstrosatvaCourses” are used inter-changeably on this page.

Changes

We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend / cancel or discontinue any or all services at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the contents and services contained on the site without prior notice. Such changes will be posted to www.astrosatvacourses.com or astrosatva.com for your convenience to understand your responsibility as a user. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

Copyright and Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of Astrosatva. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limited Permission to Copy

You are permitted to print or download extracts from these pages for your personal non-commercial use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. You may not (whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this site. No part of the Site may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other web site, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission. Lifetime Access on Courses

Students who enroll on any of the courses offered at astrosatvacourses.com, they get lifetime access (Initial access on courses {audio/ video lectures} may be given for a limited period of time which can further be extended periodically on student’s request.). “Lifetime” here means the lifetime of Astrosatva business and/ or Lifetime of the course(s) offered and/ or Lifetime of the Device being used by student to watch the lectures (applicable for Audio/ Video Lectures only). Students get course content in the form of text (i.e. PDF, Word, JPG files or other form of electronic media), images, audio, and/ or Video files. Students are entitled to keep the course content with them for their personal use  as long as they wish. Audio and Video files may or may not have an applicable validity period beyond which the Audio and Video files may or may not play. AstroSatva reserves the right to control user access on Audio and Video through Digital Rights Management or any other form of access control. In genuine cases, AstroSatva may allow the student to watch lectures on a secondary device / additional screen – at sole discretion of AstroSatva.

AstroSatva reserves the right to revoke or terminate user access of any student on its website and/ or enrolled courses in case it is found that student is misusing the services being offered by AstroSatva and/ or making commercial benefits using AstroSatva Course content. The student access may also be terminated if student’s behavior during or after the course or LIVE classes with any of the AstroSatva team or other students is found to be inappropriate.

All the students who enrolled any of the course before January 1st, 2022 were given course access through astrosatvacourses.com Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS system was discontinued in 2022 and all the interested students were migrated to a third party app (Rio Play) at a nominal fee for course key activation that the student should pay to AstroSatva. It’s completely upto student to migrate to the new platform or not. However, the migration fee is applicable for students who enrolled before 2022 to have their course access available. AstroSatva has no liability or responsibility for student’s course access without migration.

All the contents of this Site are only for general information or use. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision. Any specific advice or replies to queries in any part of the Site is/are the personal opinion of such experts/consultants/persons and are not subscribed to by this Site. The information from or through this site is provided on “AS IS” basis, and all warranties, expressed or implied of any kind, regarding any matter pertaining to any service, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed and excluded.

No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, completeness, suitability or applicability of the information to a particular situation.

Certain links on the Site lead to resources located on servers maintained by third parties over whom AstroSatva has no control or connection, business or otherwise as these sites are external to AstroSatva you agree and understand that by visiting such sites you are beyond the AstroSatva website. AstroSatva therefore neither endorses nor offers any judgement or warranty and accepts no responsibility or liability for the authenticity/availability of any of the goods/services/or for any damage, loss or harm, direct or consequential or any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visit and/or transaction/s on these sites.

Material Submitted by Users

Certain elements of The Site will contain material submitted by users. AstroSatva accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy, conformity to applicable laws of such material.

Force Majeure

AstroSatva shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.

Indian Law

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi-NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
